Frequently Asked Questions

With any new site there are probably going to be lots of questions. Most of the questions you have can be answered here, however if you have others, or if you find a bug, send Steve a message. He's here to guide you through any questions or problems you may have. With that said...here are our FAQ:

Q:Who can see my PIN or my email? Is everyone on the internet going to have access to it?

A: The only people who can see your PIN are the people who you accept when they add you as a friend.

Q: My photo doesn't work when I upload it, what can I do?

A: We're working on a few bugs with our photos right now, we hope to fix them in the next few days. Right now, for best results use a .jpg file under 1MB.

Q: I keep getting logged off, how can I fix that?

A: Make sure your browser supports cookies, and make sure that you are using the latest version of IE or FireFox. Also, if you leave the site sitting for a certain amount of time, you will be logged off.

Q: How do Ii delete a friend?

A: Click on "My Friends", then under their name click "Delete Friend". We're also working on more advanced searches of friendlists as you read this.

Q: How do I change my profile?

A: Click on "Edit Profile" and change the data accordingly.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Click on "Privacy", then click on "Change Password".

Q: Why don't you support HTML, CSS, and embedded images in your profiles?

A: We may choose to allow these later, but for now keeping it simple seems to be most popular amongst our users.
